Shipping ~
All items are shipped within 3 business days after the order and payment is received. We ship via USPS Priority Mail with an approx. delivery of 2 - 3 business days. We can not be responsible for delays caused by the post office after the package leaves our hands. If you are in need of a faster shipping date please contact us for the addition fees and to verify that the faster shipping is possible. All shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the postal zone destination. Frozen and refridgerated items can be shipped but we do not list them on our storefront Should you be interested in purchasing these items you must call us directly for shipping rates and we will send you an invoice thru paypal, these items require over night shipping which is much more expensive.
Attention reef clubs and group orders!

All on-line payments are processed securely through pay-pal. You can use either your paypal account or major credit card for all payments. We will only ship to confirmed paypal addresses on paypal payment orders. You will will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal once your transaction is completed. You will also receive an E-mail from us as well. We are Paypal verified. If you do not have a confirmed paypal address and would like to order USPS money orders are accepted please contact us for details. Shipping is to the USA,PR,Hi , Only. If you are outside these areas and would like to order please contact us for international shipping rates.

Returns ~
In the event that you should want to return a product you may do so with in 7 days of receipt and the product must be in new unopened condition. Please contact us before making your return to get a confirmation for the return. Items without confirmation will not be accepted. Returns can be accepted for either exchange or refund., However shipping charges can NOT be refunded. If you have any questions about a product please feel free to contact us with any questions.
All products are new and come directly from the manufacturer. We can not be responsible for the results or any adverse affects from the use of any product due to the varying conditions possible in an aquarium environment.All products that we sell are ones which we use ourselves and have been happy with the results.
